3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bet24 platform. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bet24 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep this information secure.
You must notify the platform immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the bet24 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, including but not limited to the following:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate platform systems, exploit technical errors, or use automated tools, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
- You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any activity that interferes with the integrity of events offered on the platform.
- You will not use abusive, defamatory, or threatening language in any communication with platform staff or other users.
- You will not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with its technical infrastructure.
Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending bets or balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on the bet24 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform. The platform reserves the right to change accepted payment methods at any time with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
Deposits are credited to your account upon successful verification by the relevant payment provider. bet24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's published withdrawal procedures. The platform may conduct standard verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible.
bet24 reserves the right to void transactions and return funds to the original payment method if a deposit is found to have been made in error or in violation of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The bet24 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform takes reasonable steps to ensure continuity of service, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet24 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds, profits, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions.
- Losses resulting from actions taken on incorrect or outdated information displayed on the platform.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Gaming involves financial risk. The platform does not guarantee any specific outcome and accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal betting or gaming activity. Users are responsible for their own gaming decisions.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property
bet24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law. In the event of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting support through the account dashboard. Closure requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures.
All content on the bet24 platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. bet24 does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party content is done at the user's own risk.
8. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
bet24 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
